Entertainment Specialists
We’ve been producing weddings and events for over 25 years. We are so excited to bring the excitement of live events to the digital space. Entertainment Specialists will run and MC your virtual wedding via Zoom. We will act as tech support and concierge to your guests. We will mute and encourage your guests to unmute themselves, change camera spotlights and angles – up to 3 different camera angles, play any selected media, and MC the entire event.

∗ Virtual Events Pre Event Technically Challenged User Support – $150:
ES team members will meet with technically challenged guests (up to 5 guests) on one-on-one Zoom calls before the wedding to make sure they know how to operate Zoom and join the wedding.
∗ Virtual Events Surprise Video – up to 10 guests – $250:
ES team will coordinate with a guest list – up to 10, of your choice and prompt of your choice to request video snippets from each guest. We will put all the clips together for a video surprise at your virtual wedding!
∗ Virtual Events Surprise Video – up to 25 guests – $500:
ES team will coordinate with a guest list – up to 25, of your choice and prompt of your choice to request video snippets from each guest. We will put all the clips together for a video surprise at your virtual wedding!
∗ Virtual Events – Cocktail / Reception Tables – $350:
Send over your seating chart and we will break your attendees out into virtual reception or cocktail tables. They can socialize and chat amongst themselves as you jump from room to room to say hello! Up to 10 tables of 10
∗ Virtual Events – Interactive Cocktail / Reception Tables – Starting at $1250:
∗ Virtual Events – Highlight Reel – $300:
We hand off your Zoom recordings after the wedding, but post-wedding, our team can put together a highlight reel of your wedding day. Work with the team to choose the music and highlight your favorite moments in a video you can share with all your friends and family.
∗ Virtual Event – Additional Hour – $200:
Extend your time to capture cocktail hour(include an entertaining program for your virtual guests, options listed below!), beginning of your reception – first dances, speeches, etc.

∗ 1-hour time block to host your live/virtual ceremony
∗ 30-minute prelude to ceremony for virtual tech support, setup, and welcoming of guests
∗ 1 consult call to go over day-of timeline, add-ons and ES’s to-dos vs your to-dos
∗ Electronic Invites to your guests specifically for your virtual day with the zoom link which will look much like your theme/regular invite about 10 days before your event date and reminders leading up to the event date
∗ ES will provide the equipment – our basic package includes up to 3 camera angles with audio, a reinforced wi-fi signal to ensure the recording can be transmitted properly, laptops and all other AV items needed to produce a clean broadcast. Our equipment will be unobtrusive and not interfere with your videographer and/or photographer. ES Tech will be onsite to run the equipment.
∗ ES to create slideshow – Pass off all your favorite photos and the ES team will put together a slideshow to play during prelude (the time when people gather) and intermission
∗ ES DJ to MC and host the virtual event – INCLUDES:
~Spotlighting and muting of virtual guests
~Playing of all provided media during the wedding (music, video, slide shows)
~Detailed timeline posted to virtual guests
~Welcome, intermission, and thank you slides
∗ At the live event, Couple to thank the virtual guests for joining them
∗ You will also get a Zoom recording after the wedding
